Privacy Policy

ListThings for iPhone · Effective 2 August 2026

The short version: ListThings collects no data about you. There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and no third-party services. Your lists are stored on your iPhone and backed up to your own private iCloud, which the developer cannot access.

Who this covers

This policy applies to the ListThings iPhone app, published by an independent developer. It is the only product covered here.

What the app collects

Nothing. ListThings does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal information. It contains no analytics, no crash-reporting service, no advertising, no tracking technologies, and no third-party SDKs. There is no account to create and no login. The developer receives no information about you or your use of the app, and has no server that the app talks to.

What the app stores, and where

The content you enter — tasks, deliveries, projects, shopping items, and shows, along with any notes and links you add — is stored in three places, all of them yours:

Data held in iCloud is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy and your iCloud settings. Apple acts as your storage provider here, not as a recipient of data from the developer.

Permissions

ListThings requests no access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, health data, or motion sensors. It uses iCloud only if iCloud is enabled on your device.

Children

ListThings is a general-purpose list app and is not directed at children. Because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.

Keeping and deleting your data

Your content is kept for as long as you keep it. You control all of it:

Because the developer never holds your data, there is nothing to request from or delete at the developer's end.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects this policy, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes.
